The warming and accommodating staff created a cute family atmosphere, made my stay comfortable.
The absence of air conditioning made the room quite uncomfortable, especially during the warm weather.

The friendly and helpful staff make you immediately feel at home and are always happy to help. The location is good, if you want to have the town centre within easy reach but avoid its hustle.

Location is good. Hotel located in nice modern (aka art nouveau) quarter not far from Old City. There are several good and reasonable-priced cafes around. Staff is very friendly.
It was very cold in the room and in the hotel public space (I was staying in December).

Had a nice time during our visit to the Latvian National Museum of Art and other nearby attractions. The breakfast spread was fantastic, offering a variety of options that the kids really enjoyed. I appreciated how the rooms overlooked a lovely courtyard, which provided a peaceful retreat away from the street noise. Plus, it was just a short walk to Riga Castle, making it easy to explore the area without too much hassle.

The charm of this family-run hotel lies in its cute atmosphere and convenient location near the main attractions. The continental breakfast included good cream cakes, a highlight of the stay, and the staff provided really good hospitality, even offering tea and coffee upon return after a day of exploring. Room space was quite constrained was great, and the presence of outdated decor detracted from the overall comfort. Accessibility could be limited due to the size of common areas during peak hours.

Charming small hotel with unique internal courtyard access.
The lack of air conditioning, especially with temperatures soaring to 26 degrees. The room had an unpleasant moldy odor, which detracted from an otherwise clean appearance. I was repeatedly told conflicting information by different receptionists.
